Base rates for standard cleaning of apartment or condominium flats, including complimentary linen service:
    One bedroom/One bathroom:  $60
    Two bedrooms/Two bathrooms:  $90

Additional charges for:
    Initial and/or occasional cleaning: $15

    Half-bath, office, or study:  $15

    Refrigerator or oven interior:  $15 each
    Move-out or Make-ready cleaning of vacant unit:  $15
    Laundry other than sheets: $15 per load (wash, dry, fold)
    Saturday service: $30

Our rates include sales tax and a firm price will always be provided before cleaning begins. Payment is required at time of service via cash, check, or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Please call or email for rates on townhomes, lofts, and larger flats. You can schedule your service weekly, every other week, monthly, or even occasionally. If you have a question please contact us - we want your business!


Cancellation policy:
A $30 fee will be charged for same day cancellations. We understand if you need to cancel or postpone your scheduled appointment occasionally. All we ask is that you let us know at least one day prior to your appointment. This is easily done via reply to the email reminder sent before every appointment. Bear in mind that it takes time and effort for our staffer to get to your doorstep with her equipment and supplies so please be considerate. 



On Tipping: 
Any gratuity you might elect to add to the cleaning fee will be most appreciated by our staff. Whether paid in cash, added to your check, or added to your credit card payment on request, rest assured the staffer who cleans your home will receive it and be most grateful.

Refer a friend and we'll buy you a coffee!  Provide a referral which results in a cleaning and we'll bring you a $10 Starbucks gift card the next time we come to clean your home.
